About Us
My name is Stephanie Horn and I’m a senior physiotherapist, helping my patients achieve their rehab goals from the comfort of their own home.
After graduating from King’s College London, I have worked across a wide variety of specialities in a number of different hospitals, including The Royal Free, The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, UCLH and Barnet Hospital.
But I noticed a growing need for physiotherapy in the community, and the convenience and benefits of treating patients in their own environment, so I started My Physio At Home in 2017.
I work closely with my patients, their family and carers to achieve the best results that I can for them.
Establishing a rapport and mutual trust with patients is so important as it really helps us achieve the best results. And I love to watch my patients grow in confidence as their pain is reduced and normal function starts to return.
I’m a member of the HCPC and CSP and regular training keeps my skills up to date and allows me to offer the most comprehensive clinical service to my patients.
I’ve worked with sports teams and like to keep as active as I can.
I recently completed the London Marathon and am already working towards the next one. My favourite things?
Running, travelling, and shopping. And spicy margarita’s.
