Stephanie
My name is Stephanie Horn and I’m a senior physiotherapist. I love helping my patients achieve their rehab goals from the comfort of their own home.
After graduating from King’s College London, I worked across a wide variety of specialities in a number of different hospitals, including The Royal Free, The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, UCLH and Barnet Hospital.
I noticed a growing need for physiotherapy in the community and the convenience and benefits of treating patients in their own environment, so I started My Physio At Home in 2017.
I work closely with my patients, their family and carers to achieve the best results that I can for them.
Establishing a rapport and mutual trust with patients is so important as it really helps us achieve the best results. And I love to watch my patients grow in confidence as their pain is reduced and normal function starts to return.
I’m a member of the HCPC and CSP and regular training keeps my skills up to date and allows me to offer the most comprehensive clinical service to my patients.
Amy
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience working within the NHS, with a broad clinical background across all core areas of physiotherapy. I have a particular passion for oncology rehabilitation and palliative care, where I bring advanced clinical knowledge and a compassionate, patient-centred approach to support individuals through complex and often challenging stages of their journey.
I am an enthusiastic and approachable practitioner who values building strong therapeutic relationships. I take great pride in working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their personal goals, regain independence, and rebuild confidence in their abilities. Known for my kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude, I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment for every individual I work with.
Outside of work, I personally enjoy keeping fit and healthy, taking part in sports, and staying active while running around after my young children.
